ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the complainant in S.T.C.No.776 of 2024, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul, Dindigul District, seeking a direction to the second respondent police to execute the non-bailable warrant issued as against the third respondent in D.No.7863 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent, the jurisdiction of the accused person does not fall within the second respondent police station. On the other hand, it falls within Town North Police Station, Dindigul and they have also addressed the communication to the learned Judicial Magistrate on 06.02.2026.

3. In view of the above said facts, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul District is hereby directed to issue the warrant of arrest to the 2/4

Inspector of Police, Town North Police Station, Dindigul, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
