O R D E R

This Revision petition is filed, seeking for a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandhur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.233 of 2013.

2. Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have instituted the suit against the respondents for partition and separate possession of the suit properties. The respondents had already filed a written statement on 07.01.2015 and subsequently, the suit was adjourned for framing issues. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that in view of the pendency of the suit, both the plaintiffs as well as defendants are not enjoying the property and taking advantage of the situation, some third parties are attempting to trespass into the property. Therefore, a direction may be issued for earlier disposal of the suit.

3. On considering the above submissions, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandhur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.233 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.12.2016.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
