ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

2.If the respondent intends to register an First Information Report against the petitioner, the respondent shall issue notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C. to the petitioner. This arrangement is directed so as to give breathing time to the petitioner to move this Court for the relief. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
