PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the Special Judge to deal with (PCR), Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application on the same date of surrender in Crime No.0111/2026 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station, Tirunelveli District. 1/4

ORDER

The present petition has been filed by A1 to A3 in crime No.111 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day of the surrender.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Judge, (PCR), Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli District, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day of the surrender in crime No.111 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
