Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass suitable orders directing any order officer of the HR and CE Department to their jurisdiction other than the 3rd and 5th respondents for celebrating the temple festival at Arulmigu Sri Pulitkuthi Amman Temple, Sengamari Village, Pudukottai District as per the customary practice followed in the aforesaid temple in the year 2022 and direct the 4th respondent to ensure the public peace.
