Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the 4th respondents notification in file No.008/TNRTP/2018 and file No. 008-A/TNRTP/2018 dated 14.02.2018 and quash the same and continue to appoint the petitioner as Assistant Project Manager or in a equivalent suitable post in the new projects or in the 55 posts of Assistant Project Officer, in the (TNSRLM) Tamil Nadu States Rural Livelihood Mission, 61 posts in the National Urban Livelihood Mission (NULM) and 20 posts in the Deen Deyal Upadhaya Gramen Kaushalya Yojana or (DDU-GKY) which are still vacant and unutilized even today Prayer in WMP(MD). 13688/ 2018 :

To direct the respondents to maintain the status quo in respect of his employment that in the event of recruiting any assistant project manager the petitioner be allowed to continue pending disposal of the writ petition.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JOSEPH THATHEUS JEROME, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.D.MURUGANANTHAM, Special Government Pleader for the Respondents the court made the following order:- In view of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.5611 of 2018 by order dated 15.03.2018 and W.P.(MD).No.6527 of 2018 by order dated 06.03.2018 and also in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.(MD). Nos.8246 to 8249 of 2018 dated 16.04.2018 and a recent order passed by the Principal Bench in W.P..No.12360 of 2018, there shall be an interim order of Status-Quo in sofar as the service condition of the petitioner as Assistant Project Manager, as on today, shall be maintained until further orders.
