(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the husband, seeking production of his wife, Sharmila, aged about 19 years.

2.Detenue is produced by the fourth respondent/father of the detenue. Petitioner/husband of detenue informs that before filing the petition, he has not contacted the fourth respondent, his father-in-law. Detenue informs that fearing that petitioner will not allow her to go to her parental home, she left home without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

informing the petitioner and that she is now going back to the matrimonial home. All parties are agreeable to such position. 3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
