ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner is the son of the third respondent. The third respondent had submitted a petition under the relevant provision of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules before the second respondent. The second respondent has issued enquiry notice dated 21.04.2022. It is under challenge in this writ petition.

W.P(MD)No.10250 of 2022 3.I am of the view that the petitioner can putforth all his contentions and defences before the Maintenance Tribunal. Since the second respondent is very much having the jurisdiction, it may not proper for this Court to interfere at the showcause notice stage. 4.Leaving open the petitioner's contentions and defences, this writ petition is disposed of. If the final order is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner can definitely exhaust his appeal remedy and thereafter come before this Court. No costs.
