This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate to the petitioner's daughter namely, Jansirani and his son namely, Shanmugamsundram within a stipulated time frame to be fixed by this Court, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.05.2022.

W.P(MD)No.10195 of 2022 2.Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, has placed a proceedings dated 17.12.2021, under which, the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2022 referred to supra, has been rejected.
3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a statutory appeal before the first respondent aggrieved by the proceedings dated 17.12.2021. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner is satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the statutory appeal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. The said submission is recorded. 4.After recording the submissions made by the respective learned counsels, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders on the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner against the proceedings dated 17.12.2021, issued by the second respondent, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner. No costs.
