2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.Till date no FIR has been registered. However, the apprehension of the petitioners appears to be well founded. Now, the matter is pending before the Social Welfare Officer. Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to issue notice to the petitioners under Section 41 (A) Cr.P.C., In the event, of registering FIR against them. That will give breathing time to the petitioners to approach this Court.
