ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the eighth accused in C.C.No.376 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, seeking speedy disposal of the above said criminal case.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that out of 19 witnesses, only 5 witnesses were examined and for the examination of L.W.6 to L.W.10, it is posted on 09.04.2026.

3. Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner that he is not able to renew his passport, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, to dispose of C.C.No.376 of 2023, on or before 30.09.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
