Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1320/2020/A dated 03.12.2020 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law and violation of principles of natural justice and further direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all back wages from 03.12.2020 onwards.

According to the petitioner, the respondent by order dated 25.09.2020 has directed the petitioner to pay the fine amount of Rs. 11,800/- and thereafter removed the petitioner from service. 2.It is now stated by the learned counsel for the respondent corporation that the fine amount has been paid by the petitioner. Pursuant to the fine amount having been paid by the petitioner, the respondent has revoked the dismissal order and forwarded the same to the Senior Regional Manager for getting approval and the said proposal is now pending before the Senior Regional Manager.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent corporation, as nothing survives in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
