ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to conduct re-counselling for the post of Post Graduate Assistant in History for the year 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 in Pudukkottai District for the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein.

2.Admittedly, the writ petitioner had also participated in the counselling process and joined at one place. Thereafter, the writ petitioner was transferred to Pudukkottai and now, she is working in Boys Government Higher Secondary School at Pudukkottai. 3.Under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition for conducting re-counselling cannot be granted. However, it is made clear that counselling are to be conducted strictly in accordance with the guidelines / instructions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued by the Government and opportunity to be granted to all the teachers in the order of their seniority as well as on merits with reference to the conditions issued.
