The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct land survey in S.Nos.396/3, 396/4 and 396/5 in Muthupandipatti, Nakkalapatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District in a transparent manner 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondent by way of his representation dated 12.03.2014. Since no orders have been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.

3.Considering the limited prayer sought for and without expressing any view on the merits and contentions raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
