(Order of this Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This Writ petition has been filed invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking an order in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2015 and to grant permission on the basis of the petitioner's representation to conduct Aadal Paadal programme from 07.04.2015 to 09.04.2015 at about 8.00 pm to 2.30 pm at Sri Kaliamman Temple situate at Thangammalpuram Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner had attacked the Police officials and due to which a case in Crime No.110 of 2014 has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Having considered the fact that the function is being performed in Sri Kaliamman Temple situate at Thangammalpuram Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District, the respondents can consider the same after making enquiry with the villagers with reasonable conditions even by forming committee for performing the function amicably and pass orders according to law on or before 05.04.2015.
