This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.07.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 09.07.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and FIR has also been registered for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
