(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Challenging the sale notice dated 28.04.2022, issued by the respondent - Finance Company, under Section 13(4) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002, the instant writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Petition may be closed granting liberty to place all the grievances against the respondent - Finance Company in the manner known to law.
