ORDER
This revision is filed for a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.586 of 2012 in a time frame.
2. The petitioner is the first defendant in the suit and the suit was filed for declaration and permanent injunction.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents and perused the records.
4. Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit was filed in the year 2012 and the C.M.A.No.10 of 2012 was already disposed of long back, But the suit is being adjourned, recording that the CMA is pending.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner is the senior citizen, aged 80 years and the delay in disposal of the suit causes prejudices to his right.
6. Considering the above submissions, the learned Principal Sub Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.586 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before 31.12.2016.
7. With the above direction this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
