ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2018 sent to the 1st respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the subscriber in the unregistered chit run by the proposed accused. The petitioner has paid the chit amount to the proposed accused. The said amount, even after maturity, has not been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint against the proposed accused before the respondent police. Since no action has been taken on the said complaint, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

the petitioner did not produce any documents to prove the case of the petitioner and hence, the complaint was closed. A copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate for enquiry and will produce all the necessary documents as required by the respondent police. 5.Recording the submissions made by both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear for enquiry and produce all the documents as required by the respondent police. Thereafter, the respondent police is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
