ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in civil dispute.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by one Shanthi, a case in Crime No.149 of 2021 has been registered against the fourth respondent as well as this petitioner and others for the offences punishable under Sections 9 and 10 of Child Marriage Restraint Act, 1929.
3. Since the case has been registered against the petitioner and others, they have to work out their remedy appropriately before the appropriate forum by filing appropriate petition and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
