ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Mahendran, Advocate for the respondents in both the petitions and the petitioner not appeared in person or by Advocate in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- This court by order dated 13.07.2016 directed the respondents to deposit a sum of Rs.14,21,784/- into the Revenue Court, Madurai on or before 01.08.2016.

2.At the instance of the petitioners, on 20.10.2016 these matters were listed under the caption "for being mentioner". On 20.10.2016, the learned counsel appearing for the tenants/respondents sought for extension of time for making payment. Accordingly, this Court extended the time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.4,21,784/- on or before 15.11.2016 and adjourned the matter to 16.11.2016 for reporting compliance. 3.Today when the matter is listed under the caption for reporting compliance, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that a sum of Rs.4,21,784/- has been paid to the landlord. He produce a xerox copy of the Demand Draft to that effect, in which, the landlord has made an endorsement.

4.Recording the same, this Civil Revision petitions are closed.
