This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD) No.8724 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.697 of 2024, dated 06.09.2024, in and by which, the petitioners were directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 23.09.2024 till date.
