This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case as against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaints dated 21.06.2018, within the stipulated time.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.06.2018 has been registered in Crime No.83 of 2018, on 19.07.2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
