ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 04.01.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has preferred a complaint for the offence made out in the said complaint, but no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner was forwarded to the District Welfare Officer, Madurai on 15.02.2018. The District Welfare Officer has submitted a report, dated 16.04.2018 stating that the complaint preferred by the petitioner has not been proved. Therefore, the respondent police by accepting the said report prepares to close the said complaint lodged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to seek her remedy under the provisions of the law.
