PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif Court, Palani, Dindigul District, to dispose the Execution Petition in E.P.No.43 of 2020 in O.S.No.57 of 2002 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court and allow the Civil Revision Petition as prayed for.

ORDER

The decree holders in O.S.No.57 of 2002, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Palani, Dindigul District, have filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of E.P.No.43 of 2020. 1/3

2.A perusal of the records reveal that the Second Appeal filed by the defendant in S.A.(MD)No.676 of 2020, has been dismissed by this Court on 21.10.2024. The defendant claims that he has taken steps to file an appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. However, so far, no interim order copy has been produced. The defendant seeks time to produce the order copy. Hence, the executing Court is not in a position to pass orders. In the above said circumstances, the present revision petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the executing Court is directed to dispose of E.P.No.43 of 2020, on or before 31.07.2025, if there is no other legal impediment.

4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
