ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 to 4 not to interfere in the pending civil dispute by unnecessarily harassing the petitioner illegally under the guise of enquiry.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that there is no petition or complaint pending against the petitioner herein. It is a specific case of the petitioner that the fourth respondent, who is the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ottanchathiram, Dindigul District, is interfering with the affairs of the elected members of Palani Town Devangar Uravinmuraiyaar and misusing his power by enabling the persons, who were not elected to participate in the functioning of the Association.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the same is recorded.

4.It is made clear that since no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioner, the fourth respondent does not have any right to interfere with the affairs of the Palani Town Devangar Ururavingmuraiyaar.
