Contempt Petition (MD) No. 881 of 2021 this Court in R.Vedharathinam -vs- Ponmudi (Order dated 07.04.2021 in Contempt Petition No. 454 of 2021). In view of the same, the Petitioner has to file a Contempt Petition for enforcing the order passed in the Writ Appeal.

2.The Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid clarification.
