ORDER

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to direct the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur to dispose of I.A.No.480 of 2012 in O.S.No.103 of 2009.

2.Heard Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on records. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an enquiry in interlocutory application in I.A.No.480 of 2012 was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

over and on 28.04.2015, the petition was posted for orders. However, subsequently the petition was reopened and now, it is being adjourned for clarification. Since, there is an urgency, this civil revision petition is filed.

4.Considering the above said submissions, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur to dispose the I.A.No.480 of 2012 in O.S.No.103 of 2009, as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31.07.2016.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
