Respondent PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.2386/2016/A2 dated 13.05.2022 and quash the same as illegal and may consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner continue his service at Ponmani Mahadevar Temple.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the transfer order issued by the first respondent dated 13.05.2022 transferring the petitioner from one temple to another. The petitioner has challenged the same on the ground that the first respondent has not been transferred on administrative reasons but on the ground that he has been transferred based on the complaint which is reflected in the impugned order.

W.P.(MD)No.10147 of 2022 2.Mr.K.Sathiyasing, learned standing counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. On instructions he would submit that only on account of administrative reasons, the petitioner has been transferred and not based on any complaint and the same is recorded. It is also categorically submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that even though a complaint is reflected in the impugned order, the respondents are not going to proceed further with the said complaint.
3.Since the apprehension of the petitioner has now been clarified by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, who has categorically stated that the petitioner has been transferred only due to administrative reasons and not based on any complaint, no further order need be passed and this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
