CMP(MD).No.13162 of 2025 in SA(MD).SR.No.25389 of 2022 P.B. BALAJI, J., This petition has been filed to restore the petition in CMP(MD). No.14747 of 2023 in S.A. (MD) SR No.25389 of 2022, which was dismissed for default.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brings to my notice that the delay of 197 days in filing the restoration petition in CMP(MD). No.14747 of 2023 in S.A.(MD) SR No.25389 of 2022 has already been condoned by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2025. This being the consequent application, I do not see any serious prejudice being caused to the respondent by restoring CMP(MD). No.14747 of 2023 in the said appeal.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
