[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry in respect of the alleged malpractices committed by the parties concerned in allotment of houses under the Government Green Houses Scheme by considering his representation dated 03.11.2014.

submitted that in respect of the allegation made by the petitioner in his representation dated 03.11.2014, an enquiry was held by the third respondent and in the said enquiry, it was found that there was no such malpractices committed by anybody, as it is projected by the petitioner.

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any merit in this Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
