(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.) Heard Mr.M.Vallinayagam, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.M.Arun Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Anbalakan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. After advancing arguments for sometime, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the revision petitioners on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this civil revision https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition with liberty to pursue the remedy against the orders passed in I.A.No.1865 of 2015, by the Registrar (In-charge), Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai and the counsel on record has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the endorsement made, this civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is open to the respective learned counsel for the parties to urge all the points available to them under law before the appropriate authority. The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, whichi is In-charge of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, is directed to accord priority and dispose of I.A.No.1167 of 2016, filed to raise the attachment, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
