ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Drawing Teacher, who is working in the fifth respondent School seeking a Mandamus as against the third respondent to approve her appointment.

2. The petitioner was appointed as a Drawing Teacher in the fifth respondent School on 10.06.2015 and the proposal has been forwarded by the School on the same day and it has been returned on various occasions seeking clarifications. Finally, the School has resubmitted the said proposal to the fourth respondent on 10.03.2023, so that he could forward the same to the third respondent.

3. In view of the above said facts, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the said proposal and if he finds it to be appropriate, may forward the same to the third respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
