ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 109 I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.418 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.It appears that it is a case of matrimonial dispute. The aggrieved woman has not lodged any complaint. Her brother only has given this complainant. Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
