ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry pertaining to matrimonial dispute without following due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that based on the complaint given by the sixth respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since it pertains to matrimonial dispute. They have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is, not to harass the petitioner and the respondent police has also denied the alleged harassment and already they conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by the sixth respondent and the same was closed, nothing survives for further 2/4

adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
