PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.171 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested on 07.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 4(1)(A)of TNP Act in Crime No.171 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7856 of 2021 was dismissed on 16.06.2021 on the ground that the petitioner has five previous cases of similar nature.

3. Since dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 1/2
