ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents herein to implement the orders passed by the second respondent in O.Mu.No.1999/2022/A4, dated 30.03.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute between the petitioner and one R.Manickam, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent. After enquiry, the first respondent has passed an order in O.MU.No.1999/2022/A4, dated 30.02.2022, by directing the second respondent to take action against the said R.Manickam. But, the second respondent failed to comply the order of the first respondent. Hence, this petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.10169 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered an FIR in Crime No.82 of 2022, for the offence under Section 145 of IPC. 4.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to comply with the order passed by the first respondent in O.MU.No.1999/2022/A4, dated 30.02.2022, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
