ORDER

This revision is filed, seeking for a direction to the learned I-Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai to dispose the suit in O.S.No.486 of 2007 within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are plaintiffs in the suit and the suit was filed for permanent injunction and the defendants had already filed the written statement in the year 2012 and issues were also framed on 24.11.2012.

4. It is further submitted that the petitioners have already filed applications to bring the legal heirs of the third defendant and the suit is being adjourned without any progress. Further the original plaintiff died and the legal heirs have some https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

urgency in getting final order in the suit.

5. Considering the above submissions, the learned I-Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.486 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 31.12.2016.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
