ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking production of his daughter by name Sangareswari, aged 23 years. 2.The daughter of the petitioner was present before this Court. When we enquired her, she stated that she went with the third respondent on her own. of the marriage certificate. Since the detenue is not in illegal custody, this Court has no other option except to close this petition.
