The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was threatened by one Mariappan and Murugesan. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R. No.189 of 2021, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
