ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.93 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. In this case, the defacto complainant suffered severe cut injuries on his leg which may even lead to possible amputation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the quarrel was only between the first accused and the victim. The first accused is none other than the petitioner's daughter. The petitioner is aged about 70 years. Since it appears that it was the first accused who caused the cut injuries, this Court is of the view that the petitioner deserves anticipatory bail. His age is also taken into account.

4. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
