: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent dated 16.04.2014 in Memo No.COE/C33/2014, quash the same as the same is arbitrary, ultravires and consequentially, direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to write the examinations till the petitioner complete (B.E. AU Automobile Engineering) course with the third respondent without insisting upon to produce the community certificate taking into consideration the pendency of Review Petition No.113/2013 in W.P.No.5641 of 2009 pending on the file of this Court.
