3.The Principal, Thondi Islamic Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Thondi, Ramanathapuram District. :Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner's son namely Abdul Rahman S/o.Sadiq Batcha, Roll No.3095478 to continue his education and to attend classes in 12th Standard at Thondi Islamic Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Thondi, Ramanthapuram District.

ORDER

Based on the allegations of misbehaviour, the petitioner's son, namely, Abdul Rahman, was not permitted to continue his education in the 12th standard at the third respondent / School. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to permit the son of the petitioner to continue his school education. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Today, when the matter was called, the petitioner has filed an affidavit tendering her apologies on behalf of her son and

further undertakes that her son will maintain good behavior and in case, he comes to the adverse notice, the school management can initiate appropriate action against her son.

3.Taking into account of the age of the petitioner's son and also his future as the paramount consideration, this Court is willing to accept the said undertaking.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that in view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, the school management is willing to re-admit the son of the petitioner and enable him to continue his 12th standard. 5.This Court would like to place on record its appreciation on the humane consideration by the Principal of Thondi Islamic Matriculation Higher Secondary School by allowing the student to continue his education based on her mother's affidavit. 6.In the result, there shall be a direction to the third respondent / School to admit the son of the petitioner in 12th standard in Roll No. 3095478 to their school as early as possible. With these observation, the Writ Petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
