ORDER

When an application for deciding a preliminary issue of valuation under the Tamil Nadu Court fees and Valuation Act, 1955, is pending, the petitioner has approached this Court for the very same relief to strike off the plaint. No person can proceed parallel proceedings, one before the I Additional District Judge at Tirunelveli and the other before this Court by way of a revision. It is up to the petitioner to follow up his application filed under Section 12 of the aforesaid Act and get appropriate orders on the same. Accordingly, this Civil Revision is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
