Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.APPAJI C K M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANAGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Condition No.6 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2632 of 2023, dated 10.03.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in Condition No.6 already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the credit of Panchayat Fund Account, Kollanchi Panchayat, Canara bank, Nattalam Branch, Kanyakumari District (Account No.1693101011728), without https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
