[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment and the illegal construction of Sri Selva Vinayagar Temple by the respondents 5 to 7, in Chinna Senkulam Village, Thirumangalam Town, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.05.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by impleading the necessary parties as respondents and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
