ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.04.2018 and to take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired into and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a perusal of the closure report would disclose that the proposed accused assured to return the chit amount to the petitioner and on that ground alone the complaint was closed, but the proposed accused did not comply the said assurance.

4.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that as rightly pointed out by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the present complaint lodged by the petitioner is closed. If at all the petitioner has any grievance, it is for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

5.Recording the closure report submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
