The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.06.2018, and take necessary action within the time stipulated by the Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.06.2018, has been registered in Crime No.290 of 2018 on 18.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 341 and 506(ii) IPC. He has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
