Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and carefully perused the materials available on record.

2. The petitioner who is working as a Librarian has submitted a representation on 29.01.2025 to the first respondent, requesting to consider her case for appointment to the post of Grade-III Librarian by considering her seniority. Aggrieved by the in action of the first respondent in considering his request, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the first respondent within the time to be stipulated by this Court and in accordance with law. 2/4

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court is of considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the parties, with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a time stipulated herein under to meet the interest of justice.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
