ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 509 I.P.C and Section 67 and 67 A of Information Technology Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.Till date, the First Information Report has not been registered. It appears that the close relative of the petitioners herein has given a complaint that the first petitioner has embarrassed the defacto complainant's daughter by holding her picture in his Whatsapp. The petitioners have filed an affidavit before this Court and undertook that they would not do anything which will remotely embarrass the defacto complainant's daughter. Recording the aforesaid undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

4.The First Information Report is yet to be registered in this case. If this undertaking is breached by the first petitioner, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

open to the defacto complainant and her daughter to move for contempt of Court proceedings against the petitioners.
